Prayer Ministry

We at First United Methodist Church believe in the power of prayer, and we have two groups that meet regularly to pray for our church, our people, and any other needs.

If you have a need for which you would like prayer, please email your request to prayer@efumc.com.

It is our privilege to pray for you.

The Prayer Committee meets on Wednesday afternoons at 4:30 in the Prayer Room of FUMC which is located in the inner room of the Sunday School/Mom's Day Out Office. Contact Wendy Zeller at 347-1204 or Peggy Jeter at 347-6303 if you would like to join this group.

The Men's Prayer Breakfast meets on Wednesday's at 6:30 a.m. in the church office. The men enjoy fellowship around the table and take seriously their commitment to prayer. Billy Mixson is the contact person for this group and always reports that there is room for just one more! If you would like to join this group, call Billy at 347-2772/6152.
