My feet stand on level ground; among the worshiping congregations I will bless the LORD. Psalms 26:12
The Vision of C3 Contemporary Worship is to “Build relationships with one another and the community in the name of Jesus Christ by providing authentic worship, being small group based, and mission focused.” Mission Statement: “Connecting Christ + Church + Community”… C3.
Key to our vision is to create a relaxed, yet vibrant atmosphere for people to consider the claims of Christ, to know that they are wanted, and to experience God’s Presence.
C3 is manned by a volunteer Hosting Staff who provide direction and information on all of the activities and ministries of our church.
C3 Services include contemporary music, videos and sermon series which are culturally relevant, as well as a time of fellowship to connect to one another in love and service. C3 attendees are encouraged to join a small group and participate in group mission opportunities to aid them in connecting to Christ, our Church and our Community.
Services at 8:45 am and 11:00 am are routinely led by our Senior Pastor, Rev. Ryan Martin. We look forward to seeing you there!
Steeped in tradition and symbolism, Traditional Worship, held in our historic sanctuary, brings people together every Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Music Minister Rev. Billy Luttrell leads the chancel choir and congregation in song using the United Methodist Hymnal and special music programs. Notes from the pipe organ and grand piano fill the Sanctuary and are sometimes joined by traditional instruments such as the flute, violin, and hand bells.
Our Traditional Worship Service honors the formal order and setting of centuries of Methodist worship. Liturgists and young acolytes assist in the service with text readings and the lighting of the candles. The *Affirmation of Faith, The Lord's Prayer, and the Doxology are a part of each service.
